This month I’m joined by Jeff Cardoni to talk in detail about his score to the brand new HBO series The White House Plumbers.

We discuss his beginnings in the industry from being classically trained to then being in bands before being introduced to a music supervisor who encouraged him to look into making music for films and TV.

Jeff talks over how CSI:Miami became a calling card for him and started his journey and provided him a platform to create a diverse and eclectic CV of crime shows, reality TV, animation and much much more.

We focus in on the new HBO series The White House Plumbers (recently released in the UK) and how the perils and pitfalls of soundtracking something sinister but also with comedic elements. Jeff talks through his process of treating the mini series as one long movie to create themes and motifs.
