The Floored Capri project started in 2009, first as a remix and production outfit releasing music on labels such as Organik, VIM & Beyond Music, before shifting focus to DJ work and producing and broadcasting several radio programmes in the UK in recent years. The Twilight Transmission show is the latest in the Floored Capri radio series and has been running since 2021, showcasing music from every corner of the globe and exploring the full timeline of electronic music and street sounds. Fronted by Simon Burr, a classically trained musician and obsessive record collector originally from Surrey and now based in Wiltshire, the programme also features regular contributions from a widespread network of DJs and correspondents and it has now found its new home at Soho Radio.
