Double-sized Poptique Summer spectacular for the month of August 2024 – celebrating some of the milestone movies, including 100 years since Clara Bow’s starring debut, 90 years of Claudette Colbert’s Cleopatra, 85 years of Judy Garland’s The Wizard of Oz, 80 years of Powell & Pressburger’s A Canterbury Tale and 70 years of Alfred Hitchcock’s Rear Window.

That’s before we get anywhere near Prince’s 40 year old Purple Rain, 35 years of Tim Burton’s Batman and 25 years of Wes Anderson’s Rushmore to name but a few of the additional treats in store.

Host Matthew Richardson is joined by his daughter’s Bea and Tabitha to take a tuneful trip down motion picture memory lane, soundtracked with an eclectice playlist that includes Sparks, Darren Hayman’s New Starts, Yola, Woioi, Jonathan Richman & the Modern Lovers, The Flamingos, Kish Mauve, Keely Smith and more more more!
