Sensation Experience with Bob Jones – Live From New York (27/02/2023)

This month’s dig started with Hans Reichel and corkscrewed outward (as digs are like to do). We tread into the shred of strings with Rhodri Davies and annapurna. Macula Dog and Charmaine Lee make mincemeat out of some WAV files and Davide Cunningham takes the abuse of reverb algorithms to its logical and beautiful conclusion. As usual there’s a healthy slathering of underground fog, this month it’s proved by K. Leimer, Werkbund, Zomes, and more. The mix closes out with John McGuire’s Pulse Music sharing the soundstage with Stuart Dempster’s standing Waves in a duet no one asked for but everyone should zone out to.
