Behavioral Sink is not a place where you go to wash your face and hands each morning before starting your day – it’s what happens when societies are given everything they need for living except *space*. John C. Calhoun’s studies of rat colonies in the 1950s, specifically his rat-world “universe 25”, showed that after a brief period of expansion, members of the colonies began exhibiting all sorts of aberrant behaviors, finally resulting in the population declining to less than 1/3 of the original numbers of rats started out with. Listen and be amazed! All mixed up in the bag, as usual.
