MOVING SOUNDS with James Heather welcomes Jack Wyllie for a mix this month. Wyllie is a multi-instrumentalist behind acts such as Portico Quartet, Szun Waves, Forgiveness and a brilliant recent album by Paradise Cinema in collaboration with Senegalese percussionists and Laurence Pike and a fellow Southampton born musician!
Wyllie’s mix includes choice picks from the likes of Blue Lake, Yoshio Ojima, Elori Saxl, Gausian Curve and quite a few of his own under the various different guises. This will be the last Moving Sounds show for some time. After 6 years of shows without a break, host James heather is taking some time to recharge and focus on his own music. Hopefully the show will make a return in some form one day, a massive thank you to all the guests and the time you spent on the show, hopefully helping bring the varied genre of modern classical and adjacent genres to a more crossover audience!
