Rustam Ospanoff is the founder and creative producer of the legendary Jazzystan festival, which brought artists such as Gilles Peterson, Jamiroquai, Incognito, Marcos Valle, EZRA Collective, Jazzanova to Almaty from 2009 to 2018. Since 2017, he has been based in New York City, performing at iconic venues and touring internationally. His DJ sets take listeners on a unique musical journey, transcending trends and genres. With 25 years behind the decks and a long history in radio, he has become an integral part of the music culture in both Almaty and New York.
