Since 2017 there’s been a 60% increase in children and young people experiencing mental health problems (The Health Foundation, 2022). In 2022 the Albany were commissioned by the GLA to partner with arts organisations, Heart n Soul, Lewisham Music, Lewisham Youth Theatre and Sounds Like Chaos to ask what role do the arts and creativity have to play in supporting young people with their mental health?
