Live from Australia, The Birthday Party’s founding member, Mick Harvey, will be joining us to discuss director Ian White’s latest documentary, Mutiny In Heaven. Exploring the rise and raucous times of Australian post-punk bank, The Birthday Party, we hear from the drummer and guitarist himself. Whilst known from The Birthday Party, Mick was also a founding member of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and is also known for his collaborations with PJ Harvey and translations of Serge Gainsbourg’s songs. Listen in for an insight into the story of what was once dubbed the most dangerous band in the world from Mick himself, executive producer and music supervisor of this rousing documentary.
