New Zealand based composer and music editor Stephen Gallagher has just finished scoring the recently released ‘The Lord of the Rings : The War of the Rohirrim directed by the legendary Kenji Kamiyama. Stephen takes us through his inspirations , and how hearing the work of George Crumb was a lightbulb moment for him as a budding music creator. He’ll also take about his long time association with Sir Peter Jackson and his production team which have earned him numerous accolades, including an Emmy for his work on epic TV series ‘The Beatles: Get Back’.
