Composers on Film feat. Andrew Skeet (20/01/2024)
Composer Andrew Skeet has been part of the band The Divine Comedy for many years, and his scoring credits include the excellent Netflix series ‘Don’t F**k With Cats’, ‘Vatican’ Girl’ & Disney’s ‘Wagatha Christie’. As conductor and orchestrator he’s worked alongside composers such as Joby Talbot, Daniel Pemberton (Spider Man) and Martin Phipps (The Crown). We’ll hear some of Andrew’s scores and he’ll share with us why tracks by Rufus Wainwright, Benjamin Britten David Axelrod , Giovanni Pergolesi and Bela Bartok mean so much to him. Enjoy!
