Meshkat Mosavat , AKA Meshcut (Born July 22,1992) is an Iranian singer, songwriter and record producer. She is known for her both solo (Meshcut) and band project (Stereotype), consecutively in the genres of Electronica and Synth-Pop.
In her solo project, she got well known in Iran’s popular scene after the release of the track “wasted”, featuring Ash, and less than a year after, in 2020, her collaboration with Blausch called “ Brood” got remixed by the well-known techno duo “Mind Against” and was released on Justthis Record Label.
After the release of “Brood”, she kept collaborating with different Electronic producers including Astro, Alessandro Fognini (from Mind Against), and etc. and got released on 1103 Musik Berlin.
Her latest release in the Electronic Scene has been with Lebanon-Based Artist, Astro, on the track called “Paradox”, which was released on Moblack Records.
