Natalia’s show Mausbound endeavours to go on sonic adventures, ending up mostly showcasing brand new left of centre electronic and organic dance music from around the globe that’s often heavily percussive, a little bit dark and moody or a little bit silly.
Natalia hates referring herself in the third person, but loves a good ‘chugger’ and tries to throw in some new wave, electro and as much funky, psychedelic, dubby disco from the Southern Hemisphere as possible. She might sneak in some deep house when noone’s looking or boost the BPM up to a sprightly 150+ when she’s had too much caffeine
Ideally, she’d just play music that was damn hard to categorise or damn good to dance to. She might have the occasional guest on for interviews, mixes or co-selecting jams.
Outside of her show on Soho Radio, Natalia commissions music videos for record labels and has also launched a soundtrack project called Volumes, curating musicians, producers and DJs to compose soundtracks for books.
