Love Record Stores

Love Record Stores – on 20th June 2020 join us as we celebrate record stores in Soho, London, the UK and across the world. 

At 10am BST James Endeacott of Morning Glory will be live on Soho Radio from South London, speaking to Tim Burgess, Jeff Barrett from Heavenly Recordings, and more. 

Hear two hours of a whole host of music that is being released for Love Record Stores Day.

The #loverecordstores initiative is 24 hour ‘virtual in-store’, the worlds largest online in-store.

The campaign, which was launched to raise awareness of the challenges faced by record stores during the current pandemic and to encourage music fans to continue shopping online with their favourite stores, have confirmed dozens of new and re-issued vinyl releases.

The event will see over 130 record stores participating and will also run a 24 hour ‘virtual in-store’ event including performances from artists such as Craig David, Foals (Yannis), Fontaines D.C., Circa Waves, The Mystery Jets, event ambassador Tim Burgess, plus many, many more. There will also be DJ sets from the likes of Four Tet, Daniel Avery, Kelly Lee Owens, Richard Russell, HAAi and many others.
